Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for the direct support, supervision and service delivery to individuals in the ID Day Support Program.

Lead Direct Support Professional

The Lead Direct Support Professional is responsible for serving as a team leader of the direct support professional staff. Furthermore, they are responsible for not only supervising the staff but also assisting the team of Direct Support Professionals in directly supporting, supervising and facilitating services to individuals in the Day Support Program.

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

The QIDP shall be responsible for creating individual service plans for individuals in the ID Day Support Program. The QIDP shall also assist in creating a client centered plan that is reflective of the individual needs of the individual. In addition, the QIDP will develop schedules of activities to ensure that the individuals needs and plan of care are carried out as scheduled.

Mental Health Skill Building Case Manager (QMHP-A)

The mental health skill building case manager position requires that the employee is licensed as a QMHP-A by the Board of Health Professions. Furthermore, the position will be responsible for managing a small case load of clients with chronic mental illness. The position requires that the employee must be able to individually manage his/her caseload and facilitate growth I persons who may have a history of chronic mental illness and also have a history of hospitalization. The successful candidate will work with the individual to provide quality direct services to increase the overall level of functioning for the individual.

Intensive in-Home Counselor (QMHP-C)

The intensive in-home counselor position is a hourly position. The IIH counselor shall be directly responsible for the service delivery of intensive in-home services to adolescents, children and families in need. The IIH counselor will be responsible for providing these services in the home and community environments. He/ she shall be responsible for creating treatment documents to include individual service plans, progress notes, quarterly reports and discharge summaries. The successful candidate will provide quality direct services to the identified client with a goal of improving their overall level of functioning.

 

Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LPC, LCSW-S, LPC-R)

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision of employees who provide direct services to clients and individuals in the community-based counseling programs to include intensive in-home services and mental health skill building services. Supervisors are required to hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to staff as well as conduct diagnostic assessments. Leadership experience and a strong clinical background is preferred.
